Locksmith:

As needed, lock box installation, openings securing, sheriff lock out, lock change and rekey. All the locks providing access to the property and secure other entrances, including fences, gates, windows, and garage doors. This allows you to gain access to the property and restrict unauthorized entry.

Boarding and Securing:

To restrict unauthorized access that may result in new or further damage, vandalism or liability, we provide services to board up and secure the premises. Our crew is trained in techniques related to safety in doing this, in addition to Federal (HUD) and local codes pertaining to securing a property.

 

Field Inspection to Verify Occupancy:

Physical verification of the occupancy status at the property location. Includes collecting pictures of the property, and the neighborhood. A field inspection may be necessary when there are eviction proceedings or when the property origination requires verification.

 

Sheriff’s Lockout and Eviction:

When enforcing a lockout or eviction, our staff supports local law enforcement with property removal and restricting access to the property. We are trained in performing lockouts and evictions efficiently and mindfully of all parties involved, though our clients remain our first priority.

 

On-Site Property Preservation:

USA Property Preservation can complete an entire home preservation in a matter of days. We will get a property condition up to code, with documentation and pictures of the work performed.

 

Debris and Trash Removal: 

For health, safety, and aesthetic purposes, removal of debris and trash left on a property should be a top priority.
Our professional crew will do an initial survey along with pictures and free estimate of the property condition, and visually document the contents of the property and the items in the yard.
